Guidance on the Job Retention Bonus has now been published

This is scheme which provides a one off payment to employers of £1000, for every employee who they previously claimed for through the Job Retention Scheme, who remains continuously employed through to 31st Jan 2021

Key Points:

  • The employee must earn at least £520/month on average between 1st Nov 2020 and 31st Jan 2021
  • Claims can be submitted after the FPS has been submitted for the Jan 2021 pay run
  • Payments will be made to employers in Feb 2021
