Your Employees need to be paid accurately and on time every Pay Day! But what if something happens in your Business, that interrupts your Payroll process?

This disruption could be...

  • Payroll Administrator is sick
  • Recruitment Gap
  • Payroll Software issue
  • Internet connectivity issue
  • Covid-19

Payroll Continuity Planning is the process you go through to create a plan to ensure your Employees get paid, no matter what happens.

It's important to think of every type of issue that you could face, and have an action plan documented to overcome the challenge.

Start by listing all the things that are required to process the Payroll, for example, your Payroll person, Payroll software, internet to make submission etc.  Then, list all the things that could go wrong with each of them.
